Is Hungarian easy to understand?
The Hungarian language is unique with 46 letters it is a challenge! Since 1989, English has been taught as the second language and is spoken extensively throughout the service sector. Hungarians are welcoming to all tourists, it is ranked 30th in the most visited country in the world (the number of visitors in a year exceeds the population). As in all countries making an effort to speak a few words of their language is greatly appreciated and reciprocated with friendliness.
