2 day/2 night retreat  –

Arrival Day:

You will be invited to arrive from 3pm onwards to settle in and receive our Koppany Pines warm welcome.  This is also and opportunity to start meeting the other retreat guests.

About 6pm there will be a welcome circle around the campfire and a gentle activity to allow the group to harmonise.

Retreat Day 1:

Starting around 9.30am, each retreat will vary depending on the chosen weekend retreat.  Four main activities will be available over the weekend of which you will pick two, leaving you plenty of time to relax, read, take a nap or explore more of the local area.  You may choose to join an additional activity at an extra cost.

At 6pm there will be welcome circle round the campfire with the wild dining experience starting at 7pm.  Once dinner is finished it’s time for some star-gazing and then bed time.

Retreat Day 2:

We will start with a communal breakfast cooked on the campfire before moving into our days chosen activities.  All activities will end around mid-afternoon to allow for departures from 3pm.
